Her usually chunky arms have definitely been photo shopped. And she's got hair extensions on. She's beautiful indeed, but take it all at face value.... these celebs are primmed and prepped for hours PRIOR to a photoshoot.

Guys it's just the makeup technique to make your cheeks look more profound. They use contouring on her cheeks that's why in photoshoots or when she has full make up on her cheeks look big but if you see her airport pics her face always look more skinny cuz she doesn't have all the contouring and blush on to make them look big. Nonetheless She's a very good looking lady and i prefer her more without make up as she looks like a girl next door whos so naturally beautiful. So please stop saying she has implants. You clearly have no knowledge of makeup techniques.
maiyaa ... if she had to fix anything, she would have fixed tht nose first ... its not tht perfect either..also she has not done her eyebrows in many movies..... but I dont think she has done anything ..coz she is very confident abt herself ...sometimes to the point of being over-confident... so there are no surgeries there for sure :)
