I think Kareena is pretty she has nice features but her lips are too fat .... Aishwarya is the same pretty nice features but lips too big and un shaped (looks good on her because it's perfect on her small face n small nose) but shape wise .... Madhuri has the best perfect full lips with beautiful shape while Aish and Kareena have big lips that are IN right now due to dumb fashion Jolie brought in but big lips to me looks bad and vulgur on the other hand the classic definition of lips is "petal like lips" which means it would need shape not just big unshaped lips so Madhuri wins this one she has perfect full lips but not too big and nice shape. Hema Malini has an amazing lip cut and lips are beautiful and full as well.
