in my point of view, I think -

1. Aishwarya Rai/Priyanka Chopra - both have good lips in different ways
2. Rekha/Madhuri Dixit
4. Katrina Kaif
5. Kareena Kapoor

kat has done lip job everybody knows and pc's lips are not good enough even with a lot of work done on them. pc looks good in darker shades of lipstick. so IMO

1.rekha

2.aish

3.kareena

4. madhuri

have best lips accordingly.or may be madhuri has better lips than kareena or aish. the photo doesn't do quite justice. her smile is impeccable though (the best of all).

Rekha's of course. Curvy, pouty, full, and the way her lower lip is tucked under her top gives it just a lyrical grace and pout that none of the others have. Her top lip forms an arch all the way to the outer corners of her lips. Most people do not have this. She's a classic. Classic looks will always win. She, not surprisingly still looks amazing and her looks are inspiring to say the least.
