1st - I think Karisma is fine weight wise.
2nd , she might have lost few pounds - remember she is Hands On mother of two.
And she doesnt even say it. Running after two kids, career is no easy task, especially if there is no support from husband and inlaws.
I know it because I am doing it everyday.
