Karisma looks horrible without makeup. The only actresses look nice without makeup is Aishwarya, Deepika and Katrina. Kareena looks okay- she has a pale skin too.

I have always maintained that karishma kapoor is the one celeb who singularly benefits the most from makeup, and whenever I see pics of her without makeup, my opinion is validated and i wonder how on earth people can consider her goodlooking. heck i anyday find myself better looking than her without makeup lol. its so ironic that her sister kareena is the one celeb in bolllywood who looks best WITHOUT makeup. they are like chalk and cheese that way. anyway, there is no polite way to say what she looks like without makeup...
