Maybe they just hooked up, every relationship does not necessarily have to be marriage serious. People think if a celebrity is linked with someone or seen with someone then they're in love and going to get married. Celebs are like normal people, and normal people date, and its not necessary that it has to be serious. So maybe Kat and Ranbir hooked up, didn't feel the vibe or the chemistry and decided to leave it at that.
slowly i believe she was dating ranbir kapoor, there is nothing between katrina and salman going on anymore, one can tell. why would you want to hide your relationship but for publicity. katrina got a lot of publicity not wanting to speak about her relationship with salman, not publicly denying her affair with ranbir. she is a gainer in any case by making the people interested in her private life.
