In the first pic her face looks in pain because the bustier she is wearing is very tight and her assets are almost popping out, and slightly zoom the first three pics her lower lip, the flesh just between her chin and her lower lip (the outside part where we outline the outer edge)IS BULGING IN A VERY AWKWARD MANNER , MORE ON THE LEFT SIDE AND LITTLE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HER LOWER LIP. DEFINITELY,, IN THE LIP JOB,, THE SURGEON DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB!!!!!!

Katrina looks stunning!!! All slim and trim, but the face (in 1st pic) seems to be aging a bit or maybe its the makeup. I just love the color combo and style of the outfit. Well, she never fails at choosing the best in everything.
