its ironic, she said in an interview...that she couldnt understand the directors english, and said" is that english?" i say, lots of ppl cant understand her english! indians need to be proud of their accent. and stick up for it. and hrithik needs to stop talking in his american wannabe accent at cannes interviews ! its awful

anon, first of all its called acting, so indian gal could have acted being a spanish(happens all the time in hollywood) and physically indians and spanish/mexican ppl look really alike.
secondly, its not about her being non-indian. i dont mind that they wanted a spanish gal but they could have done better than her, but then its a personal opinion. there r gorgeous latinas/spanish women but guess beauty lies in the eye of the b eholder
