Yeah.. definitely, the Rohan 'hubby' scandal really threw her off-balance.
She hasn't looked the same since. That 'glow' and star presence is missing.
Read she's been devestated but really wants to get away from her past.
Too bad it had to happen and rain for her on the magical Oscar day-
a day that should have been the best ever for her.

Gosh, she is so breathtakingly fresh and sweet. Beautiful and genuinely happy smile, I wish her all the best forever. Actually I wish them both all the best forever. Dev and Frieda make such a cute couple.
I wouldn't worry about the stupid gossip that's going around, she hasn't ruined her image one bit... sometimes people just don't work out. If her and her fiance broke up, it wasn't because of Slumdog, I'm sure they were having problems way before that. So that's a bunch of @#$*%!

Yeah.. Freida did good. Looked very Bollywood tonight.
Though many are not liking the dress calling it an Indian Bollywood look-- saying it is too old for someone young with a good figure like hers. Everyone expected her to easily bag the best-dressed award so this rather covered-up dress was a surprise pick. It's a classic prom style very exquisite dress-- and looks like a lengha. But why does Shobha De and the Indian fashion gang think they'll like complicated clothing out there and insist people wear saris and stuff? Out there in LA.. they like the 'less less less sleek look' in fashion-clothes.

she looked 100000% desi-- even like she was wearing a lengha.. very very Bollwood surprise look for her. No Western clone with colored hair/contacts or anything. Different romantic look, really from her usual younger look.
