Because Bips doesn't deny that she got cosmetic surgery. On the other hand, PC always pretends to be a "NATURAL BEAUTY".

i dunno why people fixate on PC's alleged surgeries when Bips has CLEARLY been under the knife just as much. She's unrecognisable compared to what she looked like when she came into Bollywood. Freaky!!!
botox doesn't puff up faces.. collagen injections do. botox just paralyzes muscles and is used to "iron out" wrinkles, thus.
priyanka's face has become so puffy (yes, like gauri's).. makes her look older than her years
botox apparently makes people look younger.. it always seems to have the opposite reaction.. bips also may have work done.. but her face isn't puffed up like priyanka's..
gauri, priyanka, aishwarya, preity, chitrangada are prime examples of puffed up faces thanks to botox! they all looked better before they went this route

They both have similar types of personality in my pov, both are very "cool," while hanging out with frnds but both of them are always misjudged. Though, I do not like the way PC is always....lying about her surgeries...but wht else can she do? if she says "i have done surgeries"....people are still going to annoy...

They have always been friendly with each other i guess because they both are generally very warm and friendly individuals, i don't recall any tiff between them
