There are some sort of roles where you need to do overacting. And both pc and bebo are superb in that. Bebo's acting in khushi was bad but she was superb in jwm. In golmal returns also she was bad but was superb in golmal 3. As far as pc is concern she was good in anjana anjani and seems to be looking decent in tmk. Stop comparing them.

This is neither Anjana Anjani nor LPN. This song does not represent the movie. Movie is in 3 eras, 1910, 1960 and 2012. This song is only related to 2012, also this song has all the different movements from 2012 so where you see PC overacting, it might fit to the situation in the film if you watch the film. Also please see trailer of the movie if you really want to see what movie is about. you do not see any kind of over acting in the trailer and not at all in 1910 and 1960.

Kareena Kapoor also over acted in JWM, Imtiaz Ali himself said that he should have directed Kareena better.
If you add all those loud moments in JWM and make as song you might conclude the same but when you are watching the movie they fit in to those situations and we tend to ignore it if everything else is good.
Also now you might ignore those KK's loud moments because you have watched the movie. So do not decide anything without watching the movie. Trailer of the movie is really good and both Shahid and Priyanka look great together especially in 1910 and 1960 parts.

If overacting of PC is genuine comment then it is ok but do not criticize someone for the sake of it and to show some one else is better. Everyone has opinions but express them properly without so much negativity.

She is trying to act like bebo in jab we met but can never succeed because no one can do so much overacting like bebo did in jab we met, she is trying hard to overact but failed.

I disagree. Bebo was actually very good in Jab We Met. She didn't overract. she was bubbly one second and then angry or upset the next. That is acting. I think she's the only actress who can really do romantic comedies justice. PC in Anjaana Anjaani overracted a little too much and had ridiculous facial expressions and eye rolls. Especially in this promo. I think she should stick to her acting like in Fashion which was very good

Why are the "positives" so bother with the "negatives. And the negatives annoyed with the positives??. LOL

pc is deteriorating as an actress! does the word "subtle" or "real" even feature in her acting dictionary any more? i hate how hrithik went on and on about how her performance in agneepath made him cry. i saw that film...and i felt NOTHING for her character, cos pc's acting was just fake. hrithik however did manage to touch my heart. i can now see that pc's main concern isn't to stay true to her characters...it's to get maximum eyeballs and praise from her audience, even if she has limited screen space - her presence MUST be felt, even if it's at the cost of her craft. in that effort, she tends to overact....A LOT. she's always been ambitious, but her ambition to outshine every other actor in her frame has only really set in since won the national award during the filming of anjaana anjaani, which must've gotten to her head...cos she gave an unnecessarily terribly over the top performance, and obviously was competing with ranbir there. i did, however, enjoy her performances afterwards in parts of 7 khoon maaf and what's your raashee?... i enjoyed kaminey too....but having seen her performances after that film, in hindsight i can say that there was really nothing novel or unique about that performance after all. she's pretty much been repeating herself since then - or her range of on-screen expression seems to have now been limited to "over-the-top-ness" she's slowly falling into SRK's zone of acting....where even though the characters names are different, all you can see is SRK, not the characters themselves - the same goes for PC...she's become predictable.

I usually really like Priyanka, but she is over acting much in this song. Looks like a flop movie to me, but it is refreshing to see younger couple instead of younger actress with an older actor who can actually be her dad in real life.

Ok please mute the audio and just look at Priyanka's overacting and same old pheeeeka expressions...she is so damn irritating I challenge that you will immediately start laughing and stop watching!

I think it is a fun song....and brings out the youthfulness of their 2012 relationship.
Shahid looks good...but PC could have picked something other than hot pants ... her wardrobe is boring.

Anjaana Anjaani sucked because of PC's acting in the film. She was good in Don 2, Fashion, and Saat Khoon Maaf but she doesn't suit these hyper type of romantic comedy roles. I was excited for this film until I saw this promo. PC's billion expressions per second is killing it.
