Emphatically no!! I mean I can see quite clearly that she looks terrible in this get up. She needs lots of support from makeup and dress to look just about OK. Simply shedding clothes does not make on look HOT.

She's looking awesome! Its okay for Kareena, Ash, Priyanka and Bipasha to wear a bikini top but its too vulgar for Rani (double Standards) people grow up and stop being so stupid!
