Lol people are criticizing Salman now eh? He never stopped her from doing her Touch me touch me and bazillion other item songs, so controlling her is out of the question.

Salman is always concerned that his films should not be offensive to family audiences. For example, during AAA, in one shot Raveena's underwear could be seen and Salman insisted on a retake because of that. Raveena initially thought he was being bothersome but eventually thanked him. Even during CCCC, Preity did a scene which was pretty cheap, and Salman intervened and they redid the shot to make it less awkward for the family audiences. In this song, Katrina is only wearing the lace pullover during the step where she is jumping. If she didn't put it on, her boobs would be bouncing all over because the top is tiny- this is vulgar. He didn't intervene when she's just standing there posing in tt skimpy top.

Now, if the teenage girls over here think that a man who always makes sure women are presented in a dignified manner is evil, then so be it. He never dictates what the actresses do OUTSIDE of his films, they can do the sleaziest things in their other films and he wouldnt say a thing. I don't understand why the men have to decide the women honour.....if they have to they should take action and get those who molested the girl out in public for the entire nation to see. the poor girl was decently dressed and it happened to her.

Thank god, I live in Canada where don't focus their energy on what a women should wear. if a women wants to wear a hijab that her right and if she wants to wear shorts that's her right. All the guys I know here have other things on their mind like paying rent , paying student loans , going home and cleaning. Even most of the rich millionaires' kids earn their own money , use public transport and pay for their own stuff

She looked much better when she took Salman's suggestion and put that lace thing over her bra. Plus the song is "Mashaalah," she is insulting God by prancing ard practically naked.

Why in the world do girls today think that wearing no clothes means liberty? What is wrong w a man looking after the decency of a woman he cares for? Don't your boyfriends, dads or brothers do the same? They're only doing it so that you dont turn into an object of spectacle infront of other men. An objectified thing is not humane.

No the men in my life- dad, brother, husband does not decide what I should wear. I know how to dress an dpresent my self well and they respect that I am an adult. Am sure whatever suggestion Salman made was only to better the visuals in the song. May b in his personal opinion the dress did not suit the mood of the song or something like that. Otherwise Kat wore something similarly revealing in the Bodyguard title track but Salman had no problem then, why would he now.

You are talking as if men come from another planet, the fact that men are genetically predisposed to see every move of a woman, even if they are not trying, it is naive that women can wear anything and men are supposed to not get attracted to it.Then a woman should be able to wear a bikini in the office , if it is too hot, because she can wear what she wants to and men don't need to get distracted by her.Ever thought why directors make their heroines wear skimpy clothes? yes to attract men to the theaters, why chikni chameli went on to become so hot? because it was sexy to straight men and thus got too many hits on you tube alone much before the film release.Katrina's whole career is based on her looks and sexy dressing and you are telling us, men shouldn't look at women.I can understand too, that what Katrina wanted to wear is her own choice, depending on her comfort level, the day she will refuse to wear such clothes herself will be end of her career, and she wants to work as long as it lasts.
