To those who say abhishek would have been a better choice:
Abhishek tries to mimic his dad and only his dad in acting.He does not even try as he is too cool for it.
Hrithik can do justice to any role maybe not to perfection but he does bring some justice to it.
I agree ajay devgan would have been a better choice but ajay has done tons of cop roles and hrithik will bring freshness to it as he has never played a cop.
Besides sanjay's role would have been waste if this movie flops because of abhishek.

I liked mission kashmir and hrithik and sanjay in it.
I sugest to watch MISSION KASHMIR staring hrithik,sanjay dutt,preity zinta because it was a good acting movie.
Then comment on this agneepath.

oh they did not even bother to change HR's look. comeon.. why the same old HR in thsi movie, he does not even look Vijay Chavan.. He looks so polished.. chk chk.. this Vijay is not working for me.. why they did not choose Abhishek or even Ajay Devgan? they should 've been perfect for this role.. and I agree that HR is Bond type he is not fit for this character.. I know he will do a good job but he just does not fit in here..

i agree with most of the comments... i had my doubts about this film but the trailer looks amazing. And totally looking forward to an ACTUAL out and out ACTION movie! Hritik will be good in this, cause he was getting boring with the lovey-dovey western-wannabe roles.
Sanjay will rock the house as the VILLAIN. And priyanka is one lucky gal to get to play so many different roles with biggies. And biggest surprise of all, a KARAN JOHAR film that's not about LOVE or FOREIGN LOCATIONS lol

This movie will work for Sanjay but not for Hrithik. Hrithik can't pull this off. He's too much of a pretty boy.

Sanjay will rule this movie for sure!

I hope I can watch this without comparison, it looks entertaining in the KJO "epic" sense. Sanjay Dutt & Rishis ji seem to have gone all out, so here's hoping theres some genuinely good performances ... Hrithik, darling pretty eyes, a nice bod and violence aren't going to cut it. I can still envision Mr Bachan's eyes as Vijay Chauhan boring through me, his performance was haunting, if you can't do that I sure as hell hope you can give me a decent show :D

I loved it!!! Of course Hrithik cannot even come close to Mr.Bachchan but he is a very good actor too.

And for a change, a Karan Johar film doesn't have a foreign location. Thank god.

I had my doubts, but this looks awesome!

it's looking good but it has a comic book feel to it. characters in older Agnipath were larger than life but hardly comic book types. it will work given that KaJo will not leave any marketing stone unturned but it does not look a cult classic that the older film is. its just my opinion going by the trailer however I am hoping that the movie will surprise me.

This definitely is not hrithik's fort. he never does raw anger well. he is so expressive that just inward seething anger is enough and some intelligent action a james bond kind of action is what I would like to see hrithik in
