Are Ranbir-Kat the future Srk-Kajol?
Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani has taken the nation my storm, and everyone is talking about the crackling chemistry between Ranbir and Katrina. Both looks good together and there is a cetain freshness about them two. People have really liked their jodi. Ranbir is being touted as the next big thing, the future of the industry in years to come. Katrina is currently a contender for the top spot in Btown. Both are young and could possibly deliver many hits together in the future. Both represent the young fresh Bollywood of today. Do you think Ranbir-Kat are the next Hot No.1 jodi of Bollywood like Srk-Kajol?

honestly they didnt have that kind of chemistry in apkgk or rajneeti , it was cute but not romantic or intense (even in the songs) unlike srk-kajol's chemistry, which can be everything from cute/innocent to romantic/intense

it'd be so hard to replace the chemistry between SRK-Kajol. I don't think they should even try. I think they are a dream jodi of another generation and leave it at that!
even by comparing these 2 picture I can say srkajol are far much better, 1st pic is funny but second is hot and real and nice, wow, their eyes. srkajol simply can show real love

Oh please, I like both ranbir and katrina, but next srk-kajol!! lol thats a joke. Srk-kajol don't just have pretty chemistry, they make you want to fall in love and believe that they are in Real love on screen. No other Jodi has that.

only a couple of actors/actresses at the current top CAN act (priyanka,hrithik, aamir,kareena,neil nithin mukesh,deepika in love aaj kal aswell as saif ali khan) and obviously srk and kajol are actors with a natural talent. katrina cant even speak hindi and her charisma is no where near kajols. ranbir is improving and isn't 2 bad but he'll need an all time blockbuster along with critical aclaim like DDLJ or KKHH or OSO to launch him from average actor to great actor. and anyway no one can ever be the next srk-kajol because they're original they could be the first

if by that you mean bland and overated then yes they are! neither share chemistry and in both cases both actresses use anything other then actin ability to get noticed.
ranbir and kat make a good pair but very far from srk-kajol. srk-kajol take the audience into a different world just watching them. unthinkable, just to add on, ranbir and kat's chemistry works b/c ranbir's overacting balances kat's non-acting... this film is ranbir's film, kat acted ok but she is still a glam-doll in the film.

no scope at all...dey need more talent and acting skills...specially katrina...need more star power...both of them....many more years of experience...many many more super and blockbuster hits (atleast 1!)....atleast 100 fimlfare awards between the 2 of them...as shahrukh is the second highest actor with the filmfare best actor award and kajol is the second highest actress with the filmfare best actress award....second only from her aut nutan....ranbir and katrina need to be much more emotive as well....dey hav a very long way to go...only then (see above also) can they be thought of bieng compared to shahrukh and kajol individually and as a jodi.
