Both Boney & Balki want to produce Sridevi's next film
Sridevi received a lot of praise and love for her comeback movie 'English Vinglish'. However, the question now is, what next? Apparently hubby Boney Kapoor wants to take advantage of Sridevi's success and take it to another level by either making a sequel to English Vinglish, or make an altogether new movie for her. However, her English Vinglish producer Balki is also keen to do the same. Sri has left it to them to come up with the right script and then she will choose from the two. As per DB, a source close to Sridevi said, “She is not against doing another film right away. But she wants her next film to be as special. She is waiting for both to come up with a script that would take her beyond ‘English Vinglish’. Both Boney and Balki are welcome to come up with the required script. Sri is game” Sri on the other hand, wants to take it easy for now. She says, “Right now I am exhausted. I’ve never in my life given so many interviews. I’ve attended more media events and been seen on more television shows than my entire life. For now I’d like is to spend time with my husband and daughters. I’ve only been seeing them sporadically.

Somebody below saying sridevi is botoxed, helloooo his/her favourite madhuri is also botoxed. Comon who hasn't done anything in their face in this industry. Surgries were done by madhuri also. .....My favourite juhi has also done a nose job. Madhuri is an excellent dancer. But comon, this is not a dance show. It is film. Here roles and versatality matters... So..madhuri is below almost many in this industry. In future i think madhuri will only remebered for her dance numbers where as Sridevi , Juhi, Kajol, Rani will be remembered for their roles and films.
She is a born star...A Megastar.... Lucky that i am able to see her on screen again thorugh English Vinglish and now want her to do more and more.....
Filmfare has declared Sridevi the top 'game changer' of 2012 for breaking the myth that married actresses can't make a hit comeback. And now she is also one of the Top 5 nominees for CNN-IBN's Indian of the Year Award in Entertainment. Looks like many more honours are coming up for this superstar.
Carry on Sreedevi. I love English Vinglish. It's already a cult classic.
What a historic comeback this has been for Sridevi. Others like Madhuri and Karisma tried and flopped miserably. Sridevi alone has been able to achieve the impossible. What's more, she has not only stunned India but the whole world with English Vinglish.
Cool.......... but no english vinglish and MR.india Sequels. Why not something different?
BTW nobody wants to produce the next film of karisma, priety,rani,maduri,urmila,manisha,etc.

With English Vinglish, Sridevi proves again that even after 15 years, she can still carry a film all by herself . She did that in the past with films like Nagina, Chandni, Chaalbaaz and Lamhe which revolved around her unmatched talent and screen-presence. Looking forward to more such brilliance from this legend now.
Sridevi should do legendary roles like Mother India now. She is the only one among our actresses today who can do justice to such roles.
This is great news. After English Vinglish, the whole world wants to see her doing more great work. She has shown in the film what 'acting' is all about. Still can't get over those million expressions throughout the film.
Looks like a Madhuri Fan is so jealous and jolted out an entire paragraph on how good about MD and bad abt SRI can be perceived.
Stop doing such insane things. Everybody has their own likings jus coz u dnt like SRI nose, face botox etc doesnt mean others feel the same. For no reason she s not the one so revered and loved today. SRI and MD are iconic and idols for todays actresses, they look up to for what these 2 did in their days with their oozing charm and sheer talent. Stop being hypocrite and appreciate for an actress of 50 to return with such success and happy for Madhuri coming up soon with Ishqiya Sequel and Gulab Gang also MDs big success in small screen as a dance judge.
Ive never posted before (i read daily) but I don't get the hype surrounding this woman. She's as plastic and botox as it gets but pv loves her, while others get picked on for every thing(surgeries, husband stealing etc). She does it all but no one seems to stop worshipping her. Sridevi is such an annoying actress, her voice irritates me to no end! And her new nose in the latest movie was so distracting. Her previous noses were somewhat tolerable, she didn't know when to stop. I've seen all her movies and some of the movies were good but definitely not cause of her. Like Lamhe was an awesome movie... For Anil, waheeda, story ...songs, setting. She was pure annoying in it, esp the second role trying to be all cute. She was so far from cute. The only thing good about Sridevi is her dress sense in Indian attire. I'm not a huge fan of Madhuri but when I saw the dance show with both of them, Madhuri was so natural and at ease while Sridevi was so uncomfortable in her smile and trying to dance (she was too busy handling her dupatta) while madhuri was super natural in her smile and dancing effortlessly with her equally heavy sari. I'm just venting cause seriously... I don't get Why everyone loves this woman though she's epitome of reason why they hate other actresses.

Great, she is an artist and she has a reputation to keep up. She has to be critical and follow her instincts. That worked well for English Vinglish.

Sridevi has totally reinvented herself like Big B. That's the mark of a true legend.
Looks like her second innings is going to be even more exciting than the first one.
Awesome....it's amazing how Sri is so much in demand while her contemporaries are struggling to get good films.

Yayyy..please do more movies. Show the current generation how it is done. But sequel to english vinglish or mr. india. They are classics so let them be.

Don't do any English Vinglish sequels. Boney 's movies are nothing great , it would be better to stick to Balki who's made Cheeni Kum & Paa.

I loved English Vinglish.. but please Sri, say no to the sequel if at all it comes up.. The movie is going to be remebered for a long long time.. do something fresh now....Boney has no creativity.. lot of the movies that he's produced are senseless.. so please.. trust your own instincts...
