On a side note; see HO actresses are in their 40+ and even 50+ and are still appreciated by audience, take Meryl Streep for example who won the OSCAR this year. Also, not all roles fit for teenage girls. Can Alia do a married woman/mother role now?!

you didnot get my point...i said dancing around the trees and looking pretty....and not about acting that's why i didnot include vidya rani,priyanka,madhuri etc...can't see 30+ playing same kinds of roles in each movie...like all those 45+ romancing 20+actresses...
