First you learn music before blaming anybody. saala paaki... U have no knowledge of music , first of all there is no similarity of this song and the melody of the thank you razia song, even a layman would understand that but the prob with you gys is in the upbringing, your roots are shaky, also for your knowledge the line razia goondon main phas gye is a very famous north indian muhawara and nobody has any right over it. the fact is that the lyrics of the song you have shown is a copy of our age old proverb( muhavra)

It's derogatory to British Pakistanis because white supremacists use 'Paki' as a racial slur directed at Pakistanis and South Asians in general. Some people use it on this forum with the same intention - to degrade - so it's all about tone. While it does come down to perspective, the word has context and history - sort of like the word 'jew.'
It's not just Pritam who copies Pakistani music. Go to Youtube, there are lots of videos showing 50+ songs that have been copied from Pakistani songs.

Bollywood has used LOTS of Pakistani songs. It aint as original as people think.
Alot of Pritam's music is copied from Pakistan and Middle East...another example is "Ya Ali" which was a copy of an Arabic song "Ya Ghali" by Guitara...So unoriginal, he should atleast credit to the orginal artist
The original is terrible. I don' t know why he would even consider copying this song... but the remixed version, I have to say, is slightly more tolerable.

This movie should be called the copycats instead of thankyou.It would mark pritam's 5th anniversery of copying tunes from other artists.
As long as it suits the film, I don't mind.. He usually does really good copies... Everybody does it nowadays...you just have to pay for it now.
