Yuvraj Sigh led the list of awardees at the Sports Illustrated India's third annual "Sportsperson of the Year" awards ceremony in Gurgoan, Haryana on May 4th. The event was specially moved from Febraury to May so that Yuvraj, who was undergoing treatment for cancer, could accept the evening's top award in person.

Yuvraj Singh has seen it all, the extreme highs and the challenging lows; the remarkable six sixes and the battle with cancer. However, he always manages to rise above it all. He is and forever will remain the cricketing rockstar and the most adored youth icon.

Hats off to Yuvraj and many hearty congratulations.
