Most look totally overdressed for a birthday party, as if they're expecting to go on stage to collect their Oscar award! Then again not too many b-day parties have a freaking red carpet! LOL... Oh Karan. Cannes envy perhaps? ;) More of a dress-up party, not that there's anything wrong with that!
