It' not fair to compare her or anyone with Sonam. Wherever Sonam is present she'll take the spotlight from everyone else. She's too damn pretty and stylish. :)
Sonam accessorized too much
From the looks of it, sonam kapoor, because sonam kapoor is taller and will be looking like the model in the pic, where is frieda is short and stumpy, you can see it from the shoulders, who rocks it, sonam of course.

I also don't like that Sonam is wearing earrrings and chains.........Clashes with the pattern on the dress. The geomatric design on the dress should be the focus. Sonam always seems like a confused dresser. She does not seem to know who she is. By now she should have developed personal style ......But she's all over the place. I think she should stop letting her sis dress her.
No way that Sonam didn't know Freida wore it before her, at Cannes no less. So Sonam obviously liked the dress on Freida and decided to get it.
So Freida wins.

cropped top with an A-line skirt is totally the trend right now but only if you are a 20 year old hipster and in the scene. Neither of these two fit the bill.
