Kareena Kapoor & Saif Ali Khan's wedding festivities began today with a Sangeet ceremony held in Mumbai. Kareena chose a beautiful orange Manish Malhotra lehenga choli for her Sangeet. Mogra on her hair, green bangles(usually worn by to-be brides) and a chunky necklace completed her dazzling look. P.S: The marriage will be on the 16th of October.

Hair is TOO tight, Kareena does not suit this style as she has big ears and a very strong, broad jawline. Also, the makeup is a letdown, dont like the shimmery tones, she wouldve looked better with bold pink lips/cheeks and maybe black (top lid only) liner and some fake lashes.

I like the orange. I a nice contrast to the pinks and reds that we see at weddings. Also, the green bangles.... I know in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh green bangles are a significance for the bride. Is it also the same for Sindi brides? I think she looks good...
