Among Bollywood celebs, Rani Mukerji and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are most often seen wearing Sabyasachi. Rani at Farah Khan's house warming bash and Aishwarya Rai promoting Raavan earlier in the year were seen in the same Sabysachi outfit. Do you like this floral Sabyasachi outfit?

there is so mch to answer bck...but ppl who choose to overlook facts purposely wont accept logic.....first things first.....Ash is bigger superstar but Rani the better actress.....when you start pelting stones at others of course it is going to come and hit you back when your opponent hits you back...hv the courage to face it at least.....
1 . Neeta lulla was widely reputed even before Ash came on screen....she created a furore with her designs in Chandni....and Lamhe...specifically Chandni won her nation wide fame....and Lamhe won her the first National award....so the country had known Neeta long before HDDCS...she is a veteran designer who was widely endorsed by Sreedevi and to this day Neeta remains Sri jis close aide....and indebted to Sri ji......so stop denigrating Neeta by saying that she earned her share of fame when she worked with Ash...thats completely False.....
2. To ppl saying Rani's hits earn less than Ash's flops.....how does it matter..? her film was made at a lower budget..in the end it only matters if the distributor earns or not..thats how we count hits, isnt it..? or shd we change the rules of the game bcs of your precious Ash.....Ra.one was costlier than bodygaurd.....but bodugaurd a much bigger hit.....so which is more imp..? have some logic wen u argue.....
3. Sabya is too fond of Rani and considers her his muse which he has said umpteen number of times....he made Rani the showstopper in kolkata , Mumbai....this year also he wanted Rani...but she could not attend....he has mentinoed that in his interviews come on....if Ash inspires him more...then why doesnt he mention her in his interviews more than Rani......???????????????????? every one knows this but you guys live in your own dreamy world...all the best....
4. this point about mud slinging ...it is always started by Ash fans and then we retort back.....it was bimal who started here..wen i had to retort back...it was only a qstn as to who looked btr in the dress..but he went back to being personal...why is dat needed..? well if u start it...no one is going to take it lying..u get back......n tell one thing...Schmuck had mentioned how Ash had pipped RANI for the best actress award wen se won for Devdas...take Ash's best performance so far.....be it devdas/hddcs/guru.....can it match Rani's best performance...BLACK??? the answer is a big No...all Ash fans kno this themselves....even with the top 50 performances till date Rani's Black features where in most cases Ash's performances come later than Rani's or sometimes dont even in feature....No mention of Ash's performance in 80 iconic performances listed by filmfare where as Rani is...do i need to say more.....and when nothing wrks Ash fans come down to saying things like home wrecker n all....has she wrecked your home..? how does it matter to you guys then.....
5. This fiasco about Chalte Chalte....evn Ash acknowledged this in Koffee with Karan calling the matter " inconsequential" so if the person in question considers it not so important why do you guys bother...According to SRK'S intrvw to filmfare the movie was first offered to Rani which she could not do bcs of lack of dates..so when Ash was replaced he offered Rani once again....who accpeted...incidentally SRK has always been mch more closer to Rani than Ash....anywes if ASH was replaced form the movie how does it matter to her if Rani does the role or not...if not Rani , anyone else would have done it....SRK in no way wd hv taken Ash back...she had been replaced ryt? so pls stop whinning over this small issue....
6. Ash herself in an intrvw had said she had approached SLB, saying" i liked your work in Khamoshi ...wd love to work with you" SLB was looking for his next heroine found glimpses of Nandini in her....btw Khamoshi was first offered to Madhuri only.....SLB being a die hard Madhuri fan had offered her first...he is a self proclaimed Mads fan from the time Mads was screen tested for 1942 a love story when SLB was an asst dir there....and Madhuri had also givn an intrview in filmfare stating why she refused Khamoshi.....
There is more to answer back....but I gs there is no point talking to ppl who wont see logic.....bu still could not refrain myself from stating this bit...

For all those saying Ash looks older than Rani, Ash *is* five years older than Rani. We all will see how Rani will look at that age.. :)
Aishwarya works with every designer and is versatile just like her film choices. I don't think she is into reccomending designers to directors. That's not her job! And so unlike Ash.
Anyway, Aishwarya owns the look here.

Botox's job is to erase lines. Aishwarya's neck has clear lines. Whereas Rani doesn't have a hint of it. And you're saying Ash had botox? ROFLMAO. See, these are the kinds of cheap comments Rani fans pass at Ash and then you expect Ash fans to be nice to y'all? Ho ho.
It's ok anyway. Please don't compare Rani with Ash. Rani became a flop queen after 2005. The so-called comeback movie of hers NOKJ, she got panned by a lot of critics for her banal acting and she was actually a supporting lead in it. Mazedar news is, the above-average film or 'hit' or 'blockbuster' as Rani fans like to call is actually collected lesser than Ash's flops! Rani's 'hits' do lesser business than Ash's flops. That's the standard. Take it or lump it.

By the way, while Lulla started her career with Sridevi's films, it was when she started working with Aishwarya that she got immediate fame and became a top designer in no time. She got three national awards and all three have been when she designed for Aishwarya.. Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Jodhaa Akbar. She has deigned for more than half of Ash's movies like HDAPH, DAPK, Taal, Provoked, Bride and Prejudice, Mistress of Spices, Dil Ka Rishta etc. Aishwarya has also worn her designs to Cannes and she even designed her wedding dress. So you can surely say Aishwarya was more than a muse or a friend to her.
Again, you're wrong about Ash approaching SLB. Did you know that Khamoshi was written for Aishwarya? She couldn't do it which is why it went to Manisha. Read here. But despite her not doing it SLB and Ash maintained a cordial relationship and even invited her to his premiere and she said how much she loved it. By the way, Madhuri Dixit was the first choice for HDDCS. She didn't like the role so SLB approached Ash then and she did it.
And it is ironic that when you ask bimal not to belittle others, you end up doing the same thing to Ash what bimal does to Rani. Rani is here because of her talent is what you think. But she got films at the beginning because of her father who is an influential producer/director. Whereas Ash had no such godfather and made it on her own merit.
If bimal's comment that Rani is in the reckoning because of her bf is cheap, then so are your comments of Ash and the Bachchans. And benefit from the Bachchan tag? Abhishek has had the Bachchan tag for the past 35 years. He's still regarded as a flop actor. What has Ash to gain? She was at the peak of her career when she got married, unlike others who would get married after a slump in their career. Yep, Ash doesn't have 'original talent' like Rani, that's why she pipped Rani's Saathiya to win the best actress award for Devdas. ;) But actually you're right, she doesn't have the original talent to wreck homes and break multiple marriages. And Ash doesn't have the original talent to backstab friends for roles in movies like Chalte Chalte. ;)
Nobody is denying Sabyasachi is Rani's muse. But one wonders if that really was the case why doesn't he give brand new clothes to her? Why does he make clothes for Ash first and give those to Rani later? Ever seen Ash wear a Neeta Lulla that's been worn by someone else? I haven't.

For the moron who insists that it was ash and not rani who made Sabyasachi famous PLEASE check ur facts. Sabyasachi only became famous after BLack and BAabul and was not the the costume designer in HDCC ( fat lot u know). While diehard ash fans would love to believe that their precious ash had a hand In Sabyasachi fame, sorry to disappoint she is merely a follower...she has never supported Sabyasachi at any of his fashion shows and is not a personal friend of his, while rani has been supporting him ever since his entrance into Bollywood. Ash is merely a fashion follower not a trendsetter. As a post previously pointed out she only wears famous designers, but is never a risk taker to try out someone new. Manish malhotra was well known in Bollywood before ash started using him, so too with neetu lulla. Ash would never dare wear a Sabyasachi creation on the Cannes red carpet, she sticks to European designers, except if she is promoting an indian movie, while rani would have made her Cannes debut wearing Sabyasachi.
When ash wore neetu lulla at Cannes she was a total fashion flop, even she could not carry off her best friend's creation while rani has always looked great in Sabyasachi creations. Ash only wore Sabyasachi on Oprah to display her indianess but chose armani to wear at the pink panther premier. Ash is more of a costume wearer, she chooses her clothes according to her pr...if she wants to appear Indian to the world she drapes herself in a sari, and when she wants to blend in with the rest of the Cannes crowd, she wears Armani. Even at the oscars she played it safe and wore Armani, and blended in quite well, but hardly made an impression as she looked like all the Oscar clones in designer wear.
Rani is a definite fashion risk taker and does not play it safe, she experiments even if she may not be deemed a fashionista, who incidentally is only dubbed that by media if u wear European designers like sonam, pretty, priyanka, ashwariya, kareenas, etc. Hardly ever is a woman who wears more Indian wear than European deemed a fashionista, even if she does wear an A- list designer.
out of these two i think only rani can afford sabya clothes (aditya chopra?)
