Aishwarya was invited as a special guest to celebrate the opening of the Bulgari Hotel and Residences in London on the 12th of June. She chose to wear a Sabyasachi outfit for the event. Aishwarya looked lovely from head to toe.

She is beautiful! Am I the only one who noticed her face and neck have returned to normal? Funny she was only in Cannes a couple weeks ago, was her full-on pregger look a scheme for Cannes? Just wondering but it is too convenient that her face looks that much closer to normal :P
