Padmashree ceremony : Ash or madhuri?
Madhuri Dixit received the Padmashree in 2008 and Aishwarya rai in 2009. Well, i dont know why, but both ladies were dressed very loud for this ceremony. Not to forget the garish makeup. But i am glad they wore a saree and not a gown. Who was worst dressed ? i really cant choose:)

Madhuri is sumlimely graceful and gorgeous. Lookwise, always prefer oval longer faces over square ones. Aish has lovely eyes.. but Madhuri wins in terms of sheer looks 100000000% over. Sorry Aish fans. In terms of talents--

Hritik Ash scene in Dhoom-2 and Sanjay Ash scene in Shabd are kindergarten stuff in front of what Madhuri did all through her career. What was scandalous about Shabd scene? That Ash was for the first time doing a bed scene and I have seen Shabd, its nothing in comparison to Madhuri and oldy Vinod Khanna dirty smooch in Dayavan. Ash wore off shoulders in Cannes but did not squeeze her boobs like Madhuri in Saiyan ji se chupke or said OUCH like Madhuri with jutting of her boobs in Dhak Dhak..yuckky. Madhuri gave cheap, vulgar scenes with almost all her co stars, be it Jacky in Verdi, Anil in Beta, Parinda, smooch with Chunkey Pandey in Khilaaf , sex scene with Sanjay Kapoor in Raja, that awful scene with Akshay in Arzu when he bites her feet and this slut laughs…..Madhuri is CHEAP and VULGAR.

both r good actresses and really famous.They are awarded here for their acting and contribution to Indian economy(their movies do good business). If the Indian govt or their families doesn have any prob then why some stupid people are discussing stupid things?

Who can forget Aaj phir tumse from Dayavaan, Dhak Dhak ( one of the most vulgar dances), the love making scene from Parinda, the scene from Beta before Saiyan ji se chupke and the dance itself..and she continued with such cheap stuff until her Aunty age. Padmashree Madhuri Dixit. Aishwarya has been the most graceful and decent of the actresses of late 90s and 2000.

She is the face of India abroad. She made us proud. Madhuri did not deserve it. Female Bachhan? There are many actresses with this title but Ash is atleast real Mrs. Bachhan :)

madhuri hands down. its an insult to even compare her with someone like ash. such elegance,poise and a smile to kill not to forget that the award was very well deserved only that it came a too late madhuri should have gotton it years ago. she is not known as the amitabh bachchan in the female catergory for nothing. perhaps she didn't have the connection like ash with the samajwadi party who got her this award.
