Pakistan is losing its culture! We are no longer Muslims with proper values nor follow Islam properly we should be ashamed of ourselves!!

Fellow Indians, c'mon let's grow up and appreciate good fashion, Pakistanis, you don't have to get all agitated and criticize the Indian fashion industry or try to pass comments on our culture by remarking that 'something called culture is very much intact in Pakistan'. Sure, it must. I don't know.
Culture does not come from the kind of clothes you wear. You can't say someone wearing shorter clothes has no culture or whatever, or someone wearing covered clothing or a hijab is the only one following your culture. All you need is strong values.

its not Paki .. its Pakistani, kindly refrain from the term Paki, and yes elite Pakistani girl wear short dresses, like youll find them showing legs and arms, but nothing like what happens in Indian and elsewhere, after all there is something called culture which is very much intact in Pakistan.
Pakistan is not afghanistan where youll see taliban forcing women to do hijab, Pakistan is a secular country with a radical miniroty who are always making headlines, when the irony is they dont even make up of 1% of Pakistani population!
anyways, this post isnt about Pakistan affairs, its about their fashion! can we stick to the topic please.......

actually as a matter of they have gotten intl coverage in the past, dont know abt this event, cuz it just happened like 4 days .. however, huffingtonpost,telegraph.uk and bbc have done mini documentaries on Pakistan fashion scene and just couple of days back i saw thses same photos on zeenews WESBITE and there was this lady from bbc who had come down to Pakistan for the first time to make a video on Pakistan fashion scene, because she had heard alot abt it ... she was shocked to see the amount of talent they have in Pakistan, most of people who live outside Pakistan are ignorant of what actually happens in Pakistan, besides wht they see on tv, so their idea of Pakistan is very different, untill they go themselves and actually visit Pakistan, where they would see that no there are 50% women in Pakistan who dont even cover their heads,roam around freely in sleevless dresses and capris! hence, , until you actually visit and see it for yourself, most people assume there is no fashion scene, infact I would add here thn WHEN I GO BACK TO pAKISTAN on visits, i realized how behind im in fashion, girls religiously follow fashion there, if you wear something which is out of fashion ... ouchhhh you are in troubleland! :(

if they're not going to wear makeup at fashion shows, then plz let me know when makeup is appropriate? you obviously haven't seen international fashion shows where makeup is really applied in an extreme manner

if something is shown by an Indian in any fashion week it instantly becomes the high street fashion but when the Pakistani designer showcase their collection u start criticizing them...............
