Bipasha basu was spotted in this Rocky S peach suit at the special screening of Lamhaa. Kangana Ranaut in a blue suit at Knockout-Iftaar party. Who do you think carried it off better?. Tough to choose. Kangana loses this round for me due to overdone makeup.

kangana for sure but the anarkali suit is out now , the gharara skirt look with full sleeve blouse minuse any churidars is in .
I like Kangana's outfit better, but Bipasha just wears the style better, and she also looks much better than Kangana!

Actually any of the top actresses in Bollywood are better than Kangana....Kangana doesn't stand any chance, she's just got fair skin, and nothing else! She's really average!

Kangana's makeup is awful. The velvet in Bipasha's anarkali is equally bad.
bipasha definately ...she should opt for more asian dresses as she looks very feminine and not short sultry dresses..it totally changes her image

def kangana, she is waaaaay better looking than Bipasha and the only people chosing bips are her fans who cant stand any other actress looking better than her. Clearly, Kangana looks better here and the anarkali is way better than bips, anyone with a sense of fashion can clearly see that!
Sorry to say Kangana is way more prettier...she has awesome features...and the color of hers is stunning!
Bips always looks to masculine...blame it on the workouts..but she needs to ton it down a bit..
Kangan's suit is much better....it's very classy and looks like Pakistani design minus the low neckline but she should have worn silver strappy heels
