'Head'mistress

A recent fan spotting of Rani Mukherjee with a headscarf, made me wonder how often do we come across our Bollywood beauties using accessories to adorn the head/foreforehead. Be it a headscarf/bandana,headband/floral accessories/hat/cap/the maang tikka - there are not too many stars who use them as 'fashion accessories'.
But I am impressed with Soniya Mehra for her reasonably good collection of headgears, most of them with a floral pattern highlighting!Here are my top 4 among her public appearances with the headbands on. Do you like them too?

Take a look at these lovely ladies with metallic headbands adding to the glitz and glamour. Sushmita & Shilpa are on the ramp for the Being Human show and for Tarun Tahilani rexpectively,while the others are at various events in the tinsel town. I love Kangana's headband here.How about you?

It is good to see that the adorable peice of jewellery 'Maang Tikka' is back in vogue in Bollywood. Look at Malaika and Kareena looking fabulous at Amrita's wedding, the gorgeous Madhuri on JDJ and ravishing Katrina at Stardust awards -all wearing the Tikka! Love it! Do you?
