Breakfast: Their ideal breakfast consists of oatmeals with fruits and nuts or a freshly made vegetable smoothie. 

Lunch: A lettuce wrap with hummus, beans or vegetable filling or a vegetable soup and a raw salad (raw veggies with nuts and avocados)

Snacks: Celery with peanut butter

Dinner: Vegetable stir fry with some quinoa or brown rice.
