Fig and Banana Smoothie 

Ingredients 

  • 5-6 Figs
  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 tbsp Honey 
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • ½ cup Yoghurt 
  • 4-5 Ice cubes 
  • 1 Fig, for garnish 

Method

Remove the pulp from the fig and put it in a mixer jar. Add in banana pieces, honey, yogurt and ice cubes. Give it a nice blend. Pour it in a tall glass and garnish with a fig slice and serve chill.

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 2 cup Mango, chopped 
  • ½ cup Smoothie
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/honey 
  • 5-6 Ice cubes 
  • ½ cup Mango, cubes for garnish 
  • Few mint leaves

Method

Take a mixer jar and add in all the ingredients. Blend till achieves a smooth consistency. Pour it in a glass and garnish with mango pieces and serve cold.

Aloe water with Lime Detox 

Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp Aloe vera pulp; wash and cut into cubes 
  • ½ tbsp Lime juice 
  • 1 tsp Honey 
  • 1 Glass water 
  • 2-3 Ice cubes 

Method

Take aloe vera pulp and lemon juice in a mixer jar and give it a nice blend. Pour in a glass and add honey and mix. Pour water over it and top with ice cubes. Mix and serve chilled.

Apple Cinnamon Detox Water

Ingredients 

  • 1 Ltr water (filtered)
  • 4 Apples
  • 6 Cinnamon Sticks

Method

Bring water to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Slice the apples. Try to slice them as thin as possible. Add apples and cinnamon sticks to your simmering water. Simmer 15 minutes. Let it get cool. Strain water into a glass pitcher. Refrigerate and drink.
