Teri aankhon ki namkeen mastiyaan, Teri hansi ki beparwah gustaakhiyaan Teri zulfon ki lehraati angdaaiyaan, Nahin bhoolunga main Jab tak hai jaan, Jab tak hai jaan Tera haath se haath chodna, Tera saayon ka rukh modna Tera palat ke phir na dekhna, Nahin maaf karunga main Jab tak hai jaan, Jab tak hai jaan - A poem by Aditya Chopra 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' is an upcoming 2012 Bollywood romantic drama film directed by Yash Chopra, written and produced by Aditya Chopra under their production house Yash Raj Films. The film features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles, making it the first film to pair Khan and Kaif and the second collaboration between Khan and Sharma. The film, believed to be a love triangle, marks the return of Yash Chopra as a director after a gap of eight years, his last film being Veer-Zaara in 2004 The soundtrack will be composed by A. R. Rahman, who will be working with Yash Chopra for the first time in his career. He had earlier worked with Yash Chopra's production house Yash Raj Films on Saathiya (directed by Shaad Ali). Shahrukh is playing Samar, a member of bomb disposal squad based in Laddakh. An elaborate action sequence involving his character was shot in Laddakh recently. It is reported that Shah Rukh Khan would play a role spanning across two life stages; first, in his 20s of a role resembling that of his earlier performance 'Raj' from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, while the second of a more matured age, an army officer in Laddakh. Katrina Kaif as Khushi is described as "the archetypal Yash Chopra seductress; an unattainable beauty". She is reported to have put in a great deal of effort to make her character believable, helped by Khan, who had prior experience with the director. In an interview, she said that she hoped the film would do for her what Chandni did for Sridevi. Anushka Sharma's character is named Muskan, a young, bubbly girl who works for a wildlife channel in London. She is ambitious, career-driven and a complete charmer. Though there were reports that Anushka Sharma would only be playing an extended cameo appearance in the film, it was later denied by Yashraj's official spokesperson.
