Synopsis
The movie ‘Mod’ is another landmark movie by the film maker Nagesh Kukunoor and has Ayesha Takia and Ranvijay Singh. The movie is a heartfelt emotional story of a girl and a boy, who are mismatched.
Aranya, played by Ayesha, is a girl who is full of life and runs a clock repair shop in a peaceful hill station, where she lives with her father. A man comes to the shop daily to get his watch repaired and gives a hundred rupees note in the form of an origami swan. Aranya then slowly falls in love with the stranger against all the odds. Later the girl finds out an undisclosed truth about the stranger, which leads to an emotional climax.
