I saw PLAYERS on Saturday and it was pretty cool! I didn't see the original though so I can't really compare them. But it was a slick and stylish thriller as it promised to be, everybody looked good, but I wanted to see more of Bobby and Sikander... Omi was super cute and the rest of the cast did well with their one-dimensional roles except for Neil who was not convincing enough and too cartoonish. Also Bips was "supposed" to be a mechanic (the best in the world in fact) but that did not translate to the screen AT ALL! Hahaha... lots of holes in the plot actually but even still an entertainting watch and better than most Abbas Mustan movies.
Oh and another thing... I heard there were gonna be all sorts of twists and turns in the movie so I kinda expected there to be more "twists" than there actually was... but I guess they wanted to stay (somewhat) close to the original.
looking forward to this movie
