Hrithik scores over Aamir in the TRP race

Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Sonam Kapoor had all applauded Hrithik Roshan for choosing the right show "Just Dance" to make his TV debut. His dancing skills and emotional connect with the contestants and viewers got him applause and bouquets.
In fact Just Dance opened to a grand 4.7 TVR making it the highest non fiction show opening of 2011. As per TAM data, the first episode of Just Dance scored 3.7 on Star Plus, the simulcast on Star Plus, Star Pravah, Star One gained a 4.7 opening, reaching 25.9 million viewers across the Star network.
Aamir Khan's show "Satyamev Jayate" opened to a TVR of 3.0 on Star Plus and the simulcast was 4.0.
There is no denying that Hrithik's popularity scaled new heights with his TV show. Fans from across the globe wanted more of the dancing superstar. His easy going attitude, senstive nature and the very fact that he gave the losing contestants three lakh rupees at the end of each episode won him millions of hearts. Fans still request him to make a comeback on TV as soon as he can, so that they can get to see their favourite superstar more often.

I really admire aamir for telling children about 3 'dangerous parts of human body which should not be touched by other'.It was really effective.But somehow,seriousness of the show and also unconvincing timing of telecast doesn't go well for the show.On other hand ,hrithik is a SWEETHEART.He is known as "DARLING" and "SWEETU" among his well wishers.I really like the fact that these two SUPERSTARS just give up there eggos and help people with their H.E.A.R.T.!Weldone guys!Love you both and GOD bless you!
love the show- watched a few clips from canada. hrithik really cares about people in general and i love that he takes the time to help. love his show and love his movies. :)
@khans should accept that now ki Hrithik is here now unki watt lagane k liye .. salman's first day record of boduguard at BO and higher TRP than amir's show , ye sab karne waala bas ek hi hai HRITHIK .. Duggu rocks. aur srk to thakela ho chuka hai

These two shows are TOTALLY different.
The formats of both show are very different, but I still prefer Aamir's show. HR's show was bit boring and over emotional most of the time.
Amir did it for show-off and money,hrithik did it to show how a HUMAN BEING should behave to his people!Bravo Hrithik...the entire nation is so proud of you!

WOW...HRITHIK IS TRUELY A GREEK GOD...HE IS CHO CHWEET SO CARING ABOUT THOSE CONTESTANTS.OF COURSE HE IS HIGHER AND BETTER THAN ALL THESE HIGHLY ANNOYING AND OVERRATED ACTORS.I QUITE LIKE AAMIR'S SHOW BUT IT WAS NOT CONCLUSIVE OR THE WAY I HAVE EXPECTED BUT HE IS DOING NOCE..AT LEAST FAR BETTER THAN SRK.K.K. OR SALLU BHAI!BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S VERY ENTERTAINING,THOUGH IT HAS DEFINITELY GOT SOME GOOD MORAL AND ETHICAL SUBJECTS BUT PEOPLE WANT SOME ENTERTAINMENT.MAYBE THAT'S WHY HIS TRP IS LOWER.
Ya, but dance shows are a dime a dozen. I don't even remember how many there are on so many different channels. I think Aamir's show is much more memorable.
hrithiks show aired on the same day as it aired in india.
satyamev air's 1 pm in India, and late night in overseas countries, therefore people watch it online on youtube or smthg!
But Hrithik's Just Dance was an entertainment based programme. I liked the way he interacted with everyone & the way he advised them. He also came across as a very modest & positive person ,unlike those 2 know it alls-Farah & Vaibhavi!
Now Aamir has a serious programme which will hopefully enlighten the middle classes on the reality of India.It's good of him to take up something like this as people take celebrities seriously rather than a social worker.But the public may not want to face up to realistic stuff like this. What's not so nice is him charging 3 crores per episode to show his country's reality & perhaps making a huge difference to society.
This is the result of Hrithik's Original labour,not the result of Fan's majority like Aamir Mamu.
Jo apni ji-jan laga kar kaam karta hain usee to Success hona hi hain(e.g.Hrithik),aur jo apni prabhab se kaam chalata hain uske liye jitna muskil hain(e.g.Aamir Mamu).
Their shows are different, but still Hrithik used his show to show the nation how nice he is and Aamir used his show to show people that he actually cares...
Hrithik's show was a dance show. Aamir's show is about hardhitting issues and is not shown on primetime. So its ratings are respectable considering its genre and time slot. I'd like to see how many ratings Hrithik gets if he does a show like Satyamev Jayate and telecasts it in mornings!
