Jalpari-The Desert Mermaid will release on 31st August, 2012

Jalpari-The Desert Mermaid, directed by National & internationally acclaimed director Nila Madhab Panda will release on 31st August, 2012.

The film, an adventure thriller, based on the extremely pertinent and worrying issue of female foeticide was originally planned for release end July. However, given the nature of the issue, the producers, Ultra, wanted to take the film to as wide an audience as possible across India. With that in mind, an extremely unique and innovative marketing plan has been drawn which will roll out starting early August.
