While Jaipur’s reputation as a luxury vacation destination is by now well-established, its emergence as a center of fashion is underway. On its second edition, Rajasthan Fashion Week is bringing burgeoning fashion scene to the city from 9th - 12th May 2013.

Good news for fashionistas! Designer Anupama Dayal's latest collection inspired from Bohemian culture and designs is now available online.

Dayal has tied up with online brand perniaspopupshop.com, said a statement.

From elegant saris and peplum blouses, the wide-range of collection is inspired from vibrant hand-painted textiles and needle craft techniques.

Dayal has also used hand-painted fabrics like palampore, which is created using the kalamkari technique.

Pop colours like bright red, pink, yellow and orange have been used.

Actress Salma Hayek has collaborated with online grooming site Birchbox to make her beauty line accessible to more people.

The 46-year-old has taken selected items from her Nuance Salma Hayek range to be included in the mailing list of the company, which offers subscribers samples of beauty and lifestyle products along with tips and advice.

"My main focus is to bring excellent products and ingredients to women of all economic levels," contactmusic.com quoted Hayek as saying.

Ace designer Manish Malhotra, known for styling Bollywood celebrities, says no stores in Canada or the US carry his designs and people should be careful in case someone tries to trick them.

"No store in Canada carry my original clothes, neither does any in the US. So guys please be aware when you all are told they are originals, case they are not," Malhotra posted on Twitter.
