Smiley Suri to make a comeback with 'Kalygug' sequel?
She debuted with hit film 2005 "Kalyug" and after two years Smiley Suri is likely to make a comeback with a sequel to her first film. After "Kalyug", which was about the porn film industry, she featured in a couple of more projects and her last release was "Crook" that came in 2010. Sharing her future plans, she told IANS: "I will make a comeback soon for sure. The last two years were extremely bad for me. My dad passed away and I was in my shell. Now I have come out and am ready to face the camera."
Sangram Singh funds orphan girls
Wrestler Sangram Singh, who is dating actress Payal Rohatgi, has taken up the noble cause of educating and funding young orphan girls and spreading the message of saving the girl child. "I have been working for children's education and child rights for a long time and yes, it is true that I have taken over the entire living and education cost of a few girls ranging from 1st to 10th standard," Sangram said in a statement. The wrestler will financially support the girls right up to their college.
SRK learnt life's important lesson in Kashmir
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was shooting for Yash Chopra's untitled directorial project in Kashmir, has wrapped up his schedule and says he is taking back home some important things that he learnt during his short sojourn in the valley. SRK wrote on Twitter as he bid adieu to Pahalgham: "Leaving Pahalgham. Learnt life's lesson in my forefathers land. Only beauty is not enuff, u gotta be tough too to survive. I will be, Insha Allah." The movie will see SRK as an army man and has actress Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma as his leading ladies.
Priyanka loves 'champi'
Straightening, blow drying and curling - as an actress, Priyanka Chopra has to go through several hair treatments. To keep her tresses healthy, she says she regularly goes for 'champi' (oil massage for hair). "Being in the cine business, my hair goes through a lot of styling and chemical treatment on a daily basis. I make it a point to nourish my hair with its weekly dose of 'champi'. It nourishes my hair from within and makes it stronger from within," Priyanka, who has been signed on to endorse Dabur Amla Hair Oil, said in a statement.
Esha Gupta set for TV debut
After bagging prestigious projects with Bhatt camp and Prakash Jha, model-turned-actress Esha Gupta is now making her foray on the small screen with "Supercars". The 26-year-old has been roped in to host the new season of TV show that talks about some of the hottest cars in the world. The show will be launched in October on National Geographic Channel.
