Chitrangada game for more item songs
Chitrangada Singh is open to doing more item songs after her first such song "Kaafirana" has been received well. "I am not really focused on item songs. But I am more comfortable with dancing right now. I used to think that I may not be able to dance but I am happy with it. If something good is happening and if Farah is choreographing something, I would love to do it," the 36-year-old said here Tuesday at an event held by People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
Bipasha won't harm anyone for her success
Actress Bipasha Basu, who plays a jealous heroine who resorts to negative ways to pull down a rival actress in "Raaz 3", says in real life she has never harmed anyone. "For success, I will never harm anybody or tamper with my principles which I have had since day one of being an actress," the 33-year-old said here in an interview.
Esha doesn't want to be a let down
Actress Esha Gupta says that "Raaz 3" is a strong film in terms of content and cast, so she had to put her best foot forward to ensure that she doesn't become a sore point in the film.
Sonam busy with 'Raanjhnaa'
Actress Sonam Kapoor, who was last seen in "Players" in January this year, reveals she has been busy shooting for her next "Raanjhnaa". "I am leaving in the next 3 days for 'Raanjhnaa'. I am shooting for 'Raanjhnaa' right now, I was shooting in Bombay and now in Banaras," the 27-year-old said here Tuesday while inaugurating the smart series range of Electrolux. Being directed by Anand L. Rai, "Raanjhnaa" stars southern star Dhanush opposite Sonam.
'Chittagong' selected for Gandhinagar International Film Festival
Manoj Bajpayee starrer "Chittagong" will be screened at the opening night of the Gandhinagar International Film Festival to be held from Aug 30 to Sep 2 in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Directed by former NASA scientist Bedabrata Pain, the film is based on a little known incident in the 1930s British India, where a handful of untrained teenage boys and girls, led by a school teacher, gave the British their first military defeat.
