Identity Crisis for Anjana Sukhani

During one of the crucial shots of Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming film Department, leading actress Anjana Sukhani was mistaken for a doctor instead of an actress whilst shooting. Many visitors at the crowded hospital asked her for directions to the emergency ward without realizing that she was an actress due to her exclusive look specially created for the scene. Being a warm and down to earth person, Anjana voluntarily offered to help since she had shot in various areas of the hospital on an ongoing basis and was well acquainted to the venue.

Sources say the production team had to retake many shots due to the multiple disturbances. However minutes later, one of Anjana’s ardent fans recognized her and volunteered to be her personal security guard and stopped everyone from interrupting the shoot and in return Anjana treated him to pastries and coffee after pack-up.
