And this I found on another forum - someone argued for Katrina Kaif. Tell me what you think about the arguement. I've noticed that no actress is perfect. Look at Kareena-she's not that pretty and still everyone loves her, she has serious attitude problems and lets face it SHE GOT IN THE INDUSTRY BECAUSE OF HER FAMILY. Look at Priyanka-she has average looks and why didn't people notice her acting skills before fashion? SHE GOT IN THE INDUSTRY BECAUSE SHE WON THE MISS WORLD TITLE. Look at Rani-she's not that pretty either, so much make up caked on her face, but she is A FINE ACTRESS! Look at Bipasha-she's not pretty at all seriously, for her its ALL MAKE UP! eww...but she became big because of her BODY! Look at Asin-she's just an average looking girl and she is a good actress too, but if it hadn't been of Aamir then well she wouldn't be this big. ASHUTOSH, FARAH, ETC WOULDN'T WANT HER. Look at Aishwarya-she may have attitude problems now, but that women got up all on her own! She didn't have anyone's help at all! And last look at Katrina- she is very pretty and she has absolutely no attitude problems, but her acting was terrible in the beginning and now look at her she has improved so much. She is such a wonderful actress now! If people can give Kareena a chance after Jab We Met. If people can give Priyanka a chance after Fashion. If people can give Rani a chance just after Ghulam. If people can give Bipasha a chance after Jism. If people can give Asin a chance just after Ghajini. If people can give Aishwarya a chance after just winning the Miss India 1994. Then why can't people give Katrina Kaif a chance after Namastey London, New York, and now Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani? And I'm sure people still won't give her a chance after Rajneeti. She is a very hard worker and you people just want to pull her down! Anyways it doesn't really matter because she has many fans and these haters don't really matter to her I'm sure! :)

hey there ,KatPC_Fan I also kind of feel the same way you do. I'm a huge katrina fan, & yes she came from a very tough background, & the plus side is she has a very angelic beauty. some people have different veiws on her, reason why some hate her is because they feel that a girl who is known because of Salman if you think about it it's kind of true , I used to get mad when I heard it from people ,but if she was dating a common man .. know one would know who she is & that would be horrible because she 's very inspirational. I mean look at dia mirza for example .. she is also pretty but .. no one really is that interested in her as Katrina. but also as her fan she has came over here not speaking a word of hindi , & proved to all the hsters that she can do good & not because of Salman, but her courage & bravery. & so what she happened to like Salman why should she feel a crime to love someone who happenend to be a big star?
& also I don't understand when people call her long face , so what it's a face shape there is alot of desis who have that face shape .. & are pretty , do they deserve to be called a man?
just because they don't have the stereotypical round chappati face ? i think all face shape is beautiful round or long ... also in the end Katrina .. is popular so obviously like other stars she will have haters & gain fans it's part of stardom & showbiz life.

However, it seems that Katrina Kaif has refused to work with Kadim as he is according to her to old. When Katrina was questioned about this matter, she said that she has never heard of this singer and was never approached to star in a video clip with him.

Very easy answer: as she broke up with Salman, her fan-dom went down. Sorry to break it to you, but 90% of Kat fans are Salman fans-- but 80% of them side with Salman. If she breaks up with him, she loses 80% of her fans. She (smartly?) got back together with him recently .. or so they so.. and maybe that may bring the 80% of her fans back ? or perhaps they'll remain angry with her.. who knows. simple.

KatPC_Fan, you are biased to other actresses .. Kareena is not pretty, Priyanka is average and you expect everyone to agree with you. People will be so deranged to agree with you. Everyone has their own opinions but sensible individuals do not insult other actresses and expect people to agree with them. FYI, Kareena and Priyanka are extremely beautiful, either you're blind and demented.
The argument you posted is so deeply biased. IF the fans have been scared away, it is because they have no points to defend Katrina on. She terribly fails at every attempt at 'acting' .
Also, the thing is, if an actor gives a smashing performance,there are usually no two ways about it. So, if Katrina is able to match to all the hype that is being created around her 'acting' in Raajneeti, the haters will start to recede, just like in case of PC.

if you want to make it into a contest on who's the most abused star, wait in line. every fan thinks they're star is the most abused on Pinkvilla.. booo hoo. Know that 98% of Frieda fans left pinkvilla after they themselves starting getting horrific and racial abuse by other Pinkvilla posters- for just being her fan! In one view, no one got as worse and horrific comments as Freida with that terrible racial abuse from desis themselves. heard that caused some desi community forums in NYC to come together- on how to combat that issue. and yes, many of those bad blog comments were read and addressed. don't think that kind of negativity, anyone in the history of desi stars ever got, in fact-- and have heard from someone in NYC, it affected Freida badly after she heard about it. but ppl may disgree and never pay attention to any wrong that does not center around themselves or their fave star..
all the stars get negative and positive comments them if they reach a certain height. the higher up they are-- the more in #s , that's all. but haters and lovers are there. and each fan is self-centered and thinks only their star is targetted. they're not.. the world does not revolve around your fave star.. and bet your fave star does not give a minute to think about all this as much as you ppl all do...
oh.. and endorsing Olay Whitening after bragging that she endorses products she believes in did not help her cause too much herself, looked like positive comments about her went down after that-- nor did having important tribute photoshoots where she had a head-cold and her nose was swollen. and it probably did not help that she's India's star and went " home " to the holidays in London. before your obsessed form ppl try to blame others-- see that Kat herself may be not being too careful at all and repelling ppl herself.
there are a lot of kat fans on PV. maybe you should start noticing the positive comments and stop focusing on the negative comments on her. actually i see much more haters of ash on PV to be frank. be it haters or fans, kat, ash, kareena or deeps are still getting attention and that's what matters to stay in the industry.

My opinion. Katrina is just like any other actress. All the pinkvilla users r not out to get Katrina. We give the same attention to any actress. Any actress (ex: Kareena, Sonam, Aishwarya, etc) all get the same bashing and nice comments. No actress is hated or loved more than any other actress. Now if Kat fans have left...no one should be blamed. I have seen Kareena Aishwarya Preity Rani all being bashed. And this arguement makes no sense. I dont think Katrina is not a good actress.
Katrina got in the industry because of Salman.. and all the media hype of being salmans girl.. she isnt pretty, regular looking really.. no actress is perfect.. I dont hate Katrina, I like her girl next door look.. but I do think she is doing something weird with her lip.. which I dont like.. and i dont like her attitude towards plastic surgery (koffee with karan).. saying that you should fix on ur appearence if you have the chance, is.. sorry, but it's superficial.. its not the knife that will help the women, its their self confidence..

Hey KatPC... we Kat fan not scared atall I mean why would we be scared, I always comment on Kat post, It doesn't matter how much people criticize her doesn't really bother me atall. It's their opinion towards her post, so chillllllllllll WE LOVE OUR KAT.
