Help needed over 3 makeup queries

Hey Eveyone,
Can someone demystify the 1)MAC Prep and Prime Product for a combination type sensitive skin.Additionally do you recommend using it if I am not wearing a foundation.
2) I also needed help on finding a MAC comparable liquid brush cleaners,but not at the MAC price!!!! Any suggestions.
3) Can someone give a makeup breakdown of Madhuri Dixit in Aaja Nachle

It would be great to see a makeup breakdown for morning,evening look for stars like Dia Mirza,Kareena Kapoor, Amisha Patel,Malaika Arora and Katrina Kaif.

the MAC prep+prime primer makes your skin smoother and more supple when applied after moituriser, making foundtaion go ona nd blend much more easily. the new primer also has amazing sun protection at spf50, without the makeup ruining greasiness you get from suncreams - only a little amount required, so the tube will go a long way - i bought this last eek and it is good stuff

i use soap free fash wash to wash my brushes. get a small amount of face wash on the balm of the hand and wash each brush seprately each time

is there a way you can apply make-up, or do something different with your face to make your nose look smaller, or shorter? Is there a way to make your nose look "smaller" by applying your make a different way...or are there any different ways to make a nose look smaller

Primers help make-up go on smoother, like they prep the skin for makeup, so it stays on longer, and ur pores visibly shrink as well, so ur foundation doesnt enlarge them...

Thanks MAC, I've seem them at the pharmacy (Aussie term for drugstore:P) and its endorsed by Kate Moss, but I just never bothered to try them. I've also never tried a primer full stop. Can you give me the "low down" on primers? I use Clinique foundation and love it as it suits my colour perfectly, Clarins blush, body shop eye pencil, Max Factor Mascara and occasionally eye shadows in random brands. Anyway I'm a makeup cocktail, but would love some advice of primers.

Aussie_Mermaid: Rimmel is a drugstore brand, it depends what of rimmel ur looking at...their primers, and eye pencils are amazing. <3

Hey Ashni,
Smashbox makes some great primers as well as Rimmel does too. So try asking the MA at MAC for a sample before purchasing an entire bottle.

For MAC's Brush Cleanser at a cheaper price, mix equal parts of a mild shampoo or liquid soap and water into a glass and u can use that to clean ur brushes. Make sure u soak ur brushes in there for about 3-4 hours.

And for Madhuri's Make-Up Breakdown in aaja nachle ill have it up soon, for Dia Mirza, Kareena Kapoor, Amisha Patel, Malaika Arora and Katrina Kaif check Pinkvilla's memories and u'll find them I ahve posted breakdowns for each one of them in the past..
