Dancing Queens.Mon, 2010-04-05 04:23 — angilaDancing queen is the title of Madhuri and no one can get this from her but give her a strong competition.Like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan,she is ,without any doubt,is second after Madhuri.Her best performance was Kajra re, Dhola re, Crazy kiya, Tere bib from Guru etc.Also kareena dance well.In movies like Tashan, Main prem ki ... , Fida etc,she shows her best.Rani is also great in B n B , Dil bole .. , Hum tum etc.Other actress like Deepika, Sonam, Lara, Priety, Karishma also dances very well.

First of all stop this non sense of comparing Madhuri to anybody pls give me a break ,Madhuri is something else u can't compare her with these girls of today who call themselves dancers and actors who r more famous for their offscreen drama then what they do on screen.
Madhuri was the only person in this industry who was always in the limelight because of her on screen work her stardom and success cannot be compared to any body. from the time she came into limelight in 1988 with Tezaab She was part of some of the biggest hits of the next ten years with only 1996 was the only year in which she did not delivered a hit if not each year since 1988 to 1997 atleast one film was a blockbuster hit and each year she had atleast one nomination for a performance and not only that in each of those hits her contribution to the success of that film was the biggest.
Even today we keep talking about her because their has been no one who could take her place they have been many pretenders but no one was consistent enough to retain the success and craze of people like her.
Many people here keep posting here about Aishwarya being the best actress or dancer what a joke how many hits has she given in her whole career and how many have been block busters and for how many films has she been the biggest contributer to the success of that film.
Everbody knows that she does not have many hits her biggest hit is dhoom2 and every body nows that it was an out and out Hrithik Roshan Film.Apart from that Devdas which had Madhuri and Sharukh in it and As Every One knows Madhuri was the best part of it.
Apart from that what hits does she have a semi-hit HDDCS,a Hit Taal which was mostly because of A.R.Rahman's Musical score,A Hit Jodha Akbar that is also a Hrithik Film more tha her's.A hit Guru More an Abhishek Film than Her.
you might be thinking how do u rate the contribution of a person to a movie the simple thing is what do u remmember or the first thing that comes to mind when somone mentions the said films and mostly when it comes to Madhuri's movies name any movie of her she is the first persons who comes into peoples mind for Example when someone mentions Tezaab or Beta, HAHK, DIL Etc the first thing that comes to ur mind is Madhuri and in most of Madhuri Movies She is The Star for whom People came to see Again and Again.
But Today no Actress posssess that kind of Magic to bring people into cinemas on her own like madhuri at her peak.At her Peak she did not need any hero she was the Hero and Even today when a These so called top heroines r considered best and have so much fan following these Actress require a big Male Actor to deliver hits and in these times when madhuri made a comeback it was called The Madhuri Dixit Film and she was the star attraction of that Movie.it may have not done as well as expected but still she has the power and producers have the belief that she can deliver on her own.What was the last time when an The Aishwarya Rai film was released and u consider her this her peak she cannot deliver in her peak what will she do if she makes a comeback ones she leaves and comes back.

ash b/c madhuri is no longer part of the industry. i don't agree with katrina, she and all the younger actresses like deepika need to learn how to dance with energy and grace.
Aishwarya is my favorite dancer and she has so many iconic dances.
Mads is the best then Aish and then Katrina
LOL anon, i agree with you except i do think madhuri looks a bit more graceful and fluid in her dance and expressions than ash, but ash is best dancer in the current industry. others just dance b/c they have to. no energy or grace.
I think Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the best dancer in Bollywood. I love how beautifully she moves. That grace. That elegance. That aura. When she dances, there's something very magical and magnetic. And OMG when I see her dancing on the big screen, my heart stops beating.
Other than Ash, I feel Madhuri is a good dancer too, but comes second in my list.
Karishma is third. Though I completely hate the way she acts! Wait, does she ever act? Haha! :P
Priyanka can shake a leg too, but she rarely looks as good as her predecessors while dancing! Same goes for Kareena. They have to work hard to become legends like Ash and Mads.
Deepika, Sonam are robots. No grace at all. They just dance for the heck of it. I mean, they only dance because they have to! But they don't enjoy dancing the way Madhuri or Ash do!
And Katrina! Ufff All she does is shake that ass and shake her boobs even more. The worst dancer in Bollywood she is, along with Kangana.
