Hello everyone,
I've heard alot on the subject of weightloss or being healthy by eating according to your blood type for quiet sometime now and i guess now was the right time to read up on this idea in detail.
What I found was very convincing - It made complete sense that our bodies work differently, that all of us have different constitutions, different rates of metabolism, different levels of acids and alkalines and therefore different tastes in foods - which in turn I believe leads to different lifestyles.So i guess one can't be blamed for being lazy or hyperactive - As the saying goes - You are what you eat.
Below are two of the numerous links I've gone through and I've printed out Dr. Lams' tables for ' foods according to your blood type' Im gonna try it out and see if this makes any diffference.

I was really pissed that Type O's shouldn't touch dairy products - I love milk man!!! what the hell - plus it's a great source of calcium...and I wuv ice cream...lol anyhoo I guess if we eat everything in moderation and not overdo anything - we're good to go.

Wow its kool thought but....i didnt quite get it i m B+ and it says i cant eat chicken i love chicken.....to control ma weight dats not fair :(
