Try the SOUTHBEACH diet. It worked for me.

drink lemon water with honey in the morning when you wake up. regulate your eating habits and discipline yourself. set time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. never eat in between. cut on calories but remember to intake protein as usual. have low carb diet. tell me if it works.;)

low carb and high protein, have carbs at breakfast and lunch mainly
five a day of peice of FRUIT and instead of having 3 meals a day have 2 every 2hours.. :D

2 approaches that have worked for me:
Low Carb. Around 100 grams of carbs a day.
Low Cal. Around 1600 calories per day. Don't go too low, difficult to sustain over long periods.
Don't exercise when starting diet. Add exercise when you hit weight plateau to increase metabolism. Usually after 3 weeks upon starting a diet.
