My love interest interested in another girlWed, 2011-05-25 00:27 — fritterHey folks I am 18 years old . I am madly in love with this guy. But he likes somebody else and that girl also likes him. I so badly want him and cant keep my mind off him. What do I do?. Has anyone had this problem and how did you tackle it.

Ok i will speak honestly....it might hurt you but it's better to tell the truth instead of lying!! I understand that you are in love....but look this guy is interested in someone else,who happens to like him also.Why would you want some guy who like someone else and not you...!! Think of it....if it would be your destiny ....this guy would like you and not the other girl....so i advice you to let it go....let them get together....and eventually you will forget him,because someone else will like you and only you...and then you will realize that the past is the past and there's a better future waiting for you!! So don't do anything that would put you in low level....you must show that you are a real lady...don't let your emotions to make you bitter or jealous woman....so let the others to love each other...and you will find your way....just close this chapter of your life and look at the present and future.

i knw at the beginning it'll hurt a lot, u might even cry.. but overtime u get over it slowly
but it wnt automatically happen, u'll have to allow the feeling to go away.
if ur brain is saying to let go, make sure ur heart does as well.. otherwise u'll end up a confused

lived if ur single ;) who knws u mite find somebody in uni or at work or it mite be some guy who catches
the train/bus/sum-sort-of-vehicle with u! look around, u mite be surprised ;)

Ok first and foremost I want to say that I agree with the comments below. You are very young and even if you don't get this guy there are others out there. I know when you read this you'll think WHATEVER or that I don't know what am on about but it's true. When I was 16 and something similar happened a mums friend said to me that nav listen there are other fish in the sea lol and my reaction was that auntie you don't understand no 1 understands but after you meet some1 else and after a duration of time I fully understood what she meant. Now when I look back at that time I laugh about it. A good hearty laugh :)
Ok maybe am not helping lol. So so you like the guy. Have you told him? If not then I suggest you do before its too late. I don't for a second suggest you snatch him from that girl he likes coz she has feelings also but its never a crime (not in my eyes) to tell some1 you like them even though they may not feel the same.
Once you tell him who knows he may evaluate his situation with the girl he's with and realise maybe shes' not the one but you are.

The best part about this is that you're ONLY 18!! You have a lifetime left to find true love!! I know it's going to be tough, but it would be best to let this guy go.
I think you should move ahead in life and you will get someone better than him. If he is alraedy in a relationship with someone, I dont' think it is fair to take him away from that girl. Think of it this way: if you was the gril, how will you feel if someone takes away your boyfriend from you? Love has to be both ways, not one. You will not be happy if he doesn't love you.
Hope you will find someone better than him and your are still young. There is alot to explore in life yet.
if u r sure that he likes her, and has lost interest in u...then dont waste ur time, u deserve better, a man who gives all his attention to u...not someone who gets inetersted in someone else...U r still young, be strong n move on
