dandruff & thin hairs

hi frnds!!!
first of all wishing u a VERY VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

well, my problem is dandruff thats why my hairs r falling, they r already very thin. m too worried abt this, can u pls suggest me any home made method & any shampoo?
currently m using pantine shmapoo & conditioner..........& pls also tell if u know that last rinse with vinegar after washing the hair...should i use then water too?

hey, you GOT TO STOP using pantene shampoos and conditioners. i know initially they make your hair look so beautiful and shiny, but they are really going to DAMAGE your hair. they have a lot of polymers in them that will ultimately make your hair fall out. thats my advice. also take iron pills for hair loss, cod liver oil pills too and the B vitamins with folic acid.
for dandruff, yeah try head and shoulders, then once it gets in control switch to applying mayonnasie to your scalp.
