Is Gauri doing the right thing?Mon, 2012-04-02 20:59 — ShakuntelaEveryone seems to know about the rumor of the 'dirty affair' between Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra. However, no one can say whether all these rumours are based on facts. A very interesting thing happened in Bollywood recently. Priyanka Chopra is ignored by certain Bollywood figures. What making's this interesting is the fact that these figures are closely related to Gauri Khan. We often see Gauri as the suffering star wife, but it looks like she isn't as suffering and innocent as we thought. Gauri has every right to be angry and there is nothing wrong with that. Many of us know about the friendship between Gauri Khan and Suzanne Roshan. They just recently became partners in an interior and furnishings business. Apparently Gauri has told the other star wives (this includes director-producer Karan Johar) about her crises during the making of Don 2. Several entertainment websites reported that Hrithik Roshan confirmed that he does not plan to work with Priyanka Chopra after Krissh 2. So Gauri is telling others to stop their husbands from working with Priyanka? Will ruining Priyanka's career safe Gauri from a cheating husband? Is she doing the right thing and how come SRK is not getting any blame? Or is this normal in the male dominant Bollywood industry? It seems like Gauri is only attacking PC and wants to save her marriage desperately. I'm not saying she's doing the wrong thing, but isn't it unfair when PC is singled out by the industry while SRK is still on cloud 5694?

Shahid Kapoor has had his share of female admirers, but there is a certain fan who has left him rather disturbed.
She has been accosting him at odd hours, claiming to be his wife and even dodging security to ring his doorbell in the wee hours of the morning. Shahid, so far has been trying to deal with it cautiously, since the woman happens to be the daughter of an iconic yesteryear actor. But this newspaper refrains from revealing her identity.
The latest in the string of incidents, was on Wednesday, at around 3 am. According to eye-witnesses, the woman, who lives in the adjacent high-rise, scaled the boundary wall, managed to dodge the security and ran up to Shahid’s apartment on the 13th floor of Raheja Classique, and began pounding on his door. As soon as the actor realised who she was, he called up the security, and four of them rushed upstairs and escorted the woman away.
Mirror has learnt that the woman, in her early 30s, has had a troubled life. According to some of distant relatives, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, she could never quite recover from the twin blows of her father’s death and professional disappointments. “In fact, a few years ago, she made her debut in a B-grade flick, where her role was drastically reduced. It was a huge blow for her,” said the family member.
Her obsession with Shahid is about six-months old, say her relatives. A reason why she even shifted home to be closer to her favourite star, who she claims is her spouse.
According to Shahid’s friends, he has had to face several awkward moments in the recent past when she suddenly “popped up near the gate and blocked his path.” There have also been reports of her waiting near his car and making several desperate attempts to go up to his apartment and meet him.
“Shahid, who is aware of her background, has been sensitive enough to ignore these incidents so far, but Wednesday night was a little serious and he has decided to highlight this as a security breach with his society,” added the actor’s friend. In the absence of any responsible family member who can perhaps handle her delicate situation, Shahid has not had an opportunity to discuss the problem with anyone close to her.
Shahid remained unavailable for comment.
PC is ensuring Srk and KJO continue to fight each other to avenge her shortened role in Agneepath. She is an expert manipulator. It is full on revenge from her side. PC would not dare to fight his friends and wife in public and boast of their special friendship without Srk's full backing. Srk would have never allowed it. His support for PC is in bad taste.
The only thing between SRK and PC is just work, SRK is being threatend by the huge success of Dabbang and must have gone over board in his public carousing or promtion with PC on DON 2, he desperatly wants to beat Dabbang at the box office but he didn't with DON 2.
You guys have forgotten one thing the guy spent about 35 million dollars to produce that movie and you think that if he could have run naked amock on the streets to sell that movie he would have done it. He is just a savvy buisness and the king of attention grabbing, he used PC's awe of him to sell DON 2 to the public.
SRK is known for his charm and great charisma, he has two production companies, he is building a film studio and is a major stake holder in the IPL. All he does is work, work and more work, only one thing is his mistress wealth and accumilation of more wealth, this is a guy I believe will dance at a wedding for mulah, rupee, dollars, euros you name it MONEY.
people should stop dissing Priyanka, Gauri has nothing to fear, the only mistress her husband has is his numerous businesses. SRK has evolved from an actor to this megalomaniac obssessed with power, position, fame and wealth, SRK is no more an actor he has become this stratopherenic super brand, no other actor in india can match him in terms of wealth. This is a man who climbed atop the gate of his house to celeberate his birth day last year with thousands of his fans who apparently worship and adore him.
Do you think he is interested in extra marital affairs no, he is not, the only goal I believe he is pursuing now is to be the next Yash Chopra, if not even to surpass him.
Gauri should go about her life with out any worry, SRK is too restless to be spending his free time in bed with one actress or so,please Karan Johar should get a life and all these bollywood wives, should go and find some thing meaningful to do with their time and not gangin up on an innocent beautiful ex miss world who has proven to every one that she is a bankable actress and a rising star, PC is some where in America at the moment working on her new music album.

Of course she is right ! Don't doubt ! PC is absolutely aware of the fact that SRK is married & has two children . She knows that he loves his family . She had to stay away from him & kept her so-called crush on him for herself as a professional actress !
What works against Srk is this is no average woman his wife would not feel threatened by. Not someone who would just blend in and not be an open threat to her hard earned social status in the industry that she slaved for while he was making money. PC is rubbing her youth and power over Srk via her younger years in her face and flaunting her newly acquired elite status in his company bagging all the deals via his friendship and she is half her age. She is also attacking all who do not support her. No woman/wife/mother should be attacked in this horrible manner. His wife has all the reasons to destroy him if she wants. Her womanhood is under attack viciously by another woman flaunting her power over her husband.

All I hope from all of this is may the best thing happen. And sometimes, the best thing is heartbreaking. I want everyone to be happy eventually. Whatever this might be causing between SRK and PC right now, saddens me. I never want their friendship to become strained. Even if all of these rumors don't amount to anything, SRK and PC might be away from each other to protect each other. This saddens me.
Gauri doesn't seem like the kind to manipulate and sabotage anyone through gossip and back-biting. She may have confided her fears, but I don't think she could ever do anything mean. PC loves and admires SRK and if she made it known, she is suffering as a result of it. Such is the consequence of going with your heart and saying the truth.
If SRK and PC are drawn to each other, that's an age-old story between a boy and a girl and happens everyday, everywhere, everytime. So why is there such an outrage. People need to forget about it. Are married people banned from liking anyone else or spending time with anyone of the opp. sex? Since the main parties involved haven't themselves said anything, I don't know if we should take it far in our discussions wihout knowing anything.

Gauri was not threatened by SRK's earlier escapades with Arjun Rampal or Karan Johar. With Pc, I understand why... it's a woman.. meaning SRK could divorce Gauri to marry Priyanaka.
On a other note, Priyanka always found married men attractive as she believed that such men posed a challenge. And in this case, it's a gay, married man! Yupdi di... double challenge!!!
But SRK was not forced into an affair with Priyanka. He used his own free will! It's unfair to mark out only Priyanka for that. Look at our actresses ,most of them are second wives or have tried marrying some married man.......Hema, Jayaprada, Sridevi ,Madhuri (in her Sanjay Dutt period), Raveena, Karisma, Yogita Bali (dumped Kishore Kumar for Mithun), Shabana Azmi, Smita Patil ,Vyjanthimala,Waheeda Rehman,Amrita Arora ,Aruna Irani, Madhubala, Nargis (in her Raj Kapoor period) etc etc etc. Everyone of these ladies should be boycotted too...at least the ones who are alive.

I was very astonished to know that how come Shahrukh Khan got trapped by no one other but Priyanka Chopra. Sir SK i only watch ur movies as ur movies r clean , outstanding and secondly u being from Peshawar. Recently i was free enough to watch once again Rab Nae Bana Dee Jodi, in which i loved the chemistry of ur and ur costar , the way u in simple get up love her and in Raj get up call her Tani Partner. Amazing movie.
Sir try ur best to be scandal free although being Shahrukh khan its quite difficult but so far i know u were scandal free till now but hard luck that PC spoiled all the image.
