stay hydrated and wear light clothing like cotton. also take a break if your doing something active.

after wash ur face evrytym use ice cube.face will give u refresh n soothing luk.n face will nt luk dull nt swating b4 make up after clean face use ice cube thn do make up.make up will nt melt it will stay 4 long tym.--------------linnee
