it's funny how malaika is considered to look good for a early 40s woman, which is how she looks, rather than her actual age, which is supposedly mid 30s (though that could be a lie cuz she looks way more mature).

I have seen Oriental women who look very young, like 20 years younger than their actual age. It's mainly because they have a think layer of fat under skin which keeps their skin from sagging unlike women of other ethnicities whose faces start to look gaunt with sagging skin as they age.
