Smooth your forehead using your thumbs - start in the middle and smooth outwards, in three movements from top to bottom.

Smooth your eyelids, with gentle movements towards your temples. Work from the inner to the outer corners, applying a little light pressure to the inner corners. Massage your temples lightly, using a circular movement
